Ionising Radiations - Risk Control (ROSPA Endorsed)

There are a number of different types of ionising radiation, and most managers and other employees should have a basic knowledge of what each type is, what it does, what type of hazard it presents, and how it can be controlled. The key legal requirements aimed at controlling the risks arising from the use of ionising radiations, as laid out in the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 are described in this course, alongside a number of simple practical solutions. The duration of this course is 20 minutes and can be completed over multiple sessions.
